What would you do for the growth of your school in academics? |

The quality of education and learning is totally dependant on the way teacher and students are bound to each other and how much students are learning from the teachers. So the 1st thing that I will do to improve the growth of my school is that I will hire qualified teachers who are specialist in their field and also have passion to to teach their subject.
Another thing is along with student teachers also required professional training and development opportunities so that they can teach the student in more advance and better way. So I will arrange seminar for the development and professional training for the teachers. Engineering arts mathematics science and technology are the major subjects that need to be understand for better future so I will keep main focus on the subjects in my school.

It is necessary to have a discussion with parents of the students so that we will inform them about the performance of their student so for the better growth of our school I will also conduct student teacher meeting. I feel regularly evaluate and adjust programs and policies that are needed to ensure continuous improvement and academic growth for all the students.

Clear communication is the first rule to get success and better results in life so the first tip that I will give to the teachers to keep discipline in the class is that they should daily communicates the rule and consequences to the student at the beginning of the class. A student learn when you become a role model for him so I will advise my teachers to become a role model for them and first follow the rules and regulation.

The environment of the classroom must be supportive and respectful. A teacher must appreciate the efforts and participation of the student during the classroom lecture. Interval quick leave and student miss behave and enforce consequences farely and consistently. When a student do mistake do not ask them in public for the first time teach him in separate and ask him not to repeat the mistake.
I will advise my teacher that them should be flexible deptible them must have different approaches and they must adjust their method as according to the need of the students. A teacher must not break the rules and regulation front of students in this way teacher is giving bad impression to the students and if the students see this kind of behaviour they will also not follow the rules and regulation.

I am strongly agreed with a concept that sports must be included in school activities just like studies. Participation in sports help the student to develop coordination among them and also develop physical fitness and reduce the risk of health problem such as obesity. I am also sportsman and love to play cricket badminton so I feel that after playing games student also feel mental peace and overall well being.

Along with studies it is necessary to develop leadership qualities in students so when students play games they also learn the teamwork and how to lead a team so this efforts will helpful for them in future when they are in their practical life. Research also proved that the students who play games activity participate in games have higher and good records in studies.

Continue study without taking rest or playing also put burden on the mind of the students so when a student Play sports it's chance for him to become socialize and form different friends. In order to encourage the students so that the actively participate in sports I will conduct different seminars in my school on the importance of sports in our health for physical and mental peace. I also build different grounds such as for cricket badminton and other indoor activities so that students can easily participate and show discipline in their life and games.

Always shows positive response towards the ideas and thinking of the students and appreciate their efforts towards creating novel things and ideas.

There must be proper feedback to the students about their performance. Always highlights their mistakes and give them proper time to overcome all these mistakes.
Teacher must accept the new ideas , thoughts and approaches with flexibility. Teacher must be respectful and responsible towards the students.

I did my matric from Government School which is situated in my town in 2013-15. It was just the start of matric in our school and our badge was 1st badge of matric with science subjects. Our school principal was Sagheer javed sb who was very humble personality. He did his MS mathematics from university of Lahore and his method of teaching was excellent. He teaches us mathematics.
In above picture on left side is our principal and on right side our class incharge ,both were was much humble and good. Whenever the whole have any problem related to studies or any other issues we always went to him and discuss with him.

Having higher qualified teachers in their fileds in no less than a blessing for us. They do a lot for us to make us happy and successful in our lives. I agree with you that teacher is the one who can die himself to make his students successful. That is why teacher has great respect in any society. You have elaborated each and everything in very awesome manner. The wording was very simple so that anyone can understand this blog.
Overall you have done a great job mate. I love the way of your presentation as well and your point of views about sports are also very fascinating. You have said that sports play key role in school and college shows that you have special affection towards it.
