Yes it is necessary to see the needs of the teachers such as pay limit and vocation that they needed. As we can not force any one to teach with heart to the students.
When teachers unable to fulfill their needs with less pay in education sector then they skip the professional duty and go to another work which is not good for education system.
Ground level activities such as sports and games are necessary because now a day children spend their most of time in playing online games which cause dullness in their mind and studies
