Equal status and rights of men and women is a basic principle according to the existing domestic law. According to the law now every person, gender people will get equal rights and opportunities. But according to different religions and castes it mentions the status of men and women differently. I thank @memamun for organizing the contest on such a beautiful title.

Is the contribution of men and women equal in society, or is the contribution of men more than that of women?

Each person has different responsibilities in society and all are important to society but not all contribute equally. Not everyone is equally capable. Women are not disrespected because men contribute more to society. A man's efficiency, innovative stance in decision-making contributes greatly to society. Men's contribution is always more if you notice that a man can't take responsibility of a family as easily as a woman can. A man spends all his income for the family and thinks about the family and the society without thinking about himself so the contribution of man in the social context is very high.

Who do people in your country prefer as women or men and why?? Or do they give equal importance to men and women?

Judging men and women with the same work seems absurd to me. For every human being there are certain tasks which are easy to be done well by that person and it is their duty. If I want to do heavy work or strong work fast then male should be preferred. On the other hand, the woman you will like is patient and respectful.

There is a class in our country which lowers the dignity of women by presenting them as commodities and they consider this right as freedom. This demand for equal rights is creating a divide between men and women which will be ominous for the foreseeable future.

A man's life is hard without a woman, and a woman's life is hard without a man, don't you think ❓

Relationships between men and women actually provide support and companionship, making life easier with the support of both. A simple example here would be that zero alone can never convey any meaning, and zero is more important than 1 or any other number, just as no one, male or female, is socially self-sufficient by himself. Economically self-sufficient but socially and emotionally weak. So it can be said that men and women can complement each other to survive.

Every man should respect women, and every woman should respect men, do you agree, why ❓

Every human being should respect all human beings regardless of whether they are men or women. No relationship survives without respect. So all men and women should respect everyone. Mutual respect can build a healthy relationship.
