ShowYourTalent with Steem - Contest #9: Marilyn Monroe. by @soygrecia

Hola! que tal amigos de #draftcrearte me alegra estar por aquí la noche de hoy a ultima hora para no perder la costumbre 😂 la verdad es que hoy fué un día bastante complicado. No planeaba participar pero después de todo el estrés pensé que la mejor forma de terminar mi día era creando. así que aquí estoy.

Suelo ilustrar en digital pero esta vez me pareció mas terapéutico hacerlo de manera tradicional, lo que no sabía era que no iba a conseguir mi sacapuntas, ni mis marcadores y de paso dañé mi hoja blanca 2 veces y ya no tenía más jajaja cosas que pasan.

Quisiera invitar a mis amigos @llenadeluz @mariajruizb y @tatian02 a que se sumen a esta linda comunidad y participen en concursos como este.

Hello! How are you friends of #draftcrearte I'm glad to be here tonight at the last minute so as not to lose the habit 😂 the truth is that today was a pretty complicated day. I didn't plan to participate but after all the stress I thought the best way to end my day was to create. so here I am.

I usually illustrate in digital but this time it seemed more therapeutic to do it in a traditional way, what I did not know was that I was not going to get my pencil sharpener, nor my markers and by the way I damaged my white sheet 2 times and I no longer had things that happen hahaha .

I would like to invite my friends @llenadeluz @mariajruizb and @tatian02 to join this beautiful community and participate in contests like this one.

Para este concurso quise retratar a la icónica Marilyn Monroe, espero que les guste el resultado a pesar de todo. Gracias a @roseri y a @oscarcc89 por este concurso tan bonito, quisiera tener mas tiempo para compartir en todas las actividades todos hacen un trabajo maravilloso y sobra talento en esta comunidad. un abrazo.

For this contest I wanted to portray the iconic Marilyn Monroe, I hope you like the result despite everything. Thanks to @roseri and @ oscarcc89 for this beautiful contest, I would like to have more time to share in all the activities, everyone does a wonderful job and there is plenty of talent in this community. Los materiales que usé fueron:
-Hoja blanca
-Lapiz
-Boligrafo negro
-Colores
-Goma

Comencé haciendo la silueta del rostro de Monroe, partiendo de una figura sin lineas donde sólo tomé en cuenta la sintesis de la cara.

I started by making the silhouette of Monroe's face, starting from a figure without lines where I only took into account the synthesis of the face.

Una vez lista la forma, comencé a rellenar mi dibujo con la palabra "steem"

Once the form was ready, I began to fill in my drawing with the word "steem"

Me tomó un buen rato rellenarlo completo, luego me di cuenta de que no me gustaban las letras que decían "monroe" así que las cambié

It took me a long time to fill it in completely, then I realized that I didn't like the letters that said "monroe" so I changed them

Planeaba dejarlo así pero se me ocurrió colorearlo un poco, arriesgandome a arruinarlo jaja

I was planning to leave it like that but it occurred to me to color it a bit risking ruining it haha

Agregué un segundo color y cada vez me gustaba menos jaja

I added a second color and I liked it less and less haha

Finalmente, ya era demasiado tarde para dar marcha atrás así que dije "ya que, pongamos más color" 🤣🤣

Finally it was too late to back down so I said "now, let's put more color" 🤣🤣

Y bueno, así me quedó jeje se que que no es un trabajo impecable, pero honestamente me divertí y fué lo mejor que me pasó en el día.

Well, that's how it worked for me hehe I know it's not an impeccable job, but honestly I had fun and it was the best thing that happened to me that day.
