Un gran saludo a la comunidad de DraftCrearte que cada día crece màs y màs. En esta oportunidad voy a decorar una botella de vidrio, utilizando unas tiras de papel que he cortado de unos libros viejos. El trabajo consiste en quemar el borde de las tiras y luego cubrir la botella, es un trabajo que requiere de paciencia, pero le da una apariencia especial a la botella, sobre todo por las letras.

A big greeting to the community DraftCrearte that grows more and more every day. This time I am going to decorate a glass bottle, using some strips of paper that I have cut from some old books. The work consists of burning the edge of the strips and then covering the bottle, it is a job that requires patience, but it gives the bottle a special appearance, especially because of the letters.

Còmo decorar una botella con tiras quemadas de papel de libros // How to decorate a bottle with burnt strips of book paper

Como les decía al comienzo, el trabajo consiste en cortar varias tiras de las hojas de un libro viejo, para que el papel posea el color característico de los años, luego a estas tiras se le quema el borde con el uso de una vela y se van colocando sobre la botella en forma vertical utilizando cola escolar.

As I told you at the beginning, the work consists of cutting several strips of the leaves of an old book, so that the paper has the characteristic color of the years, then these strips are burned with the edge with the use of a candle and They are placed on the bottle vertically using school glue.

Process:	Proceso:

- Primero cortamos varias tiras de papel de las hojas del libro, como les dije anteriormente, usen un libro viejo, lo importante es el color envejecido del papel, y ademàs, que se vea el texto ya que las letras forman parte de la decoraciòn:	- First we cut several strips of paper from the pages of the book, as I told you before, use an old book, the important thing is the aged color of the paper, and also, that the text is visible since the letters are part of the decoration:

- El siguiente paso será quemar un solo borde de las tiras de papel:	- The next step will be to burn the edge of the paper strips.

- Ahora vamos a colocar las tiras en forma vertical sobre la botella, para esto usaremos pegamento escolar, las tiras de papel se irán colocando por encima de las demás tiras, por el lado que no esta quemado:	- Now we are going to place the strips vertically on the bottle, for this we will use school glue, the paper strips will be placed on top of the other strips, on the side that is not burned:

- En el pico y tapa de la botella, colocaremos unas tiras angostas:	In the spout and cap of the bottle, we will place some narrow strips:

- En el siguiente paso, aplicare sobre el papel crema de zapatos marrón claro, esto lo haremos suavemente con los dedos, esta crema ayudara a resaltar el color negro de los bordes y a la vez le dará brillo al papel:	- In the next step, we are going to apply light brown shoe cream to the paper, we will do this gently with our fingers, this cream will help to highlight the black color of the edges and at the same time give the paper shine.

- Bueno amigos, para terminar, colocarè un lazo de mecatillo en el cuello de la botella y listo.	- Well friends, to finish, I will place a "mecatillo" cord loop on the neck of the bottle and that's it.
