Pot marigold flower.

Hi everyone ,i am @Xee-Shan with my new post.today i will share with you the very beautiful flowering plant .which is commonly known as pot marigold flower.the scientific name of this flower is Calendula officinalis.
the pot marigold, common marigold or Scotch marigold, is a flowering plant in the daisy family Asteraceae.

It is probably native to southern Europe and it may possibly be of garden origin.the mature size of the flower is 1 to 2 feet tall and wide.pot marigold flower prefers cooler temperatures (< 85°F) and often stops blooming in extreme heat.

Removal of the old flowers (deadheading) will encourage re-bloom.but calendula can survive in low water conditions.
