Amaranthus caudatus

Hi everyone,I am @xee-shan with my new post.Today I will share with you the beutiful fIowering plant which is typically known as Amaranthus caudatus annual. .it goes by names such as ,love lies bleeding ,tessel flower,foxtail amaranth ,quilete,etc .the colour of Amaranthus caudatus is sun shade and the height is 3-4 feet .
Many parts of the plant, such as leaves and seeds, are frequently used as a source of food in India as well as south America .it is the most important species of Amaranthus known as kiwicha .i capture these photos at my home garden.

Due to the high content of betacyanins ,in the related species known as Hopi red dye ,amaranth .
