Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a fan favorite dessert which is Brazo de Mercedes. This dessert dates back when the Philippines was still under the Spanish regime. This dessert is made up of egg whites for the meringue and egg yolks for the custard. It is soft, foamy, and delicate because it feels like a cloud when you eat it.
