Tetrastigma is a genus of beautiful plants in the grape family of Vitaceae. It’s native to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal & the South East Asia. The beautiful plants are lianas that usually climb with tendrils & have palmately compound leaves.
The plants are dioecious, with separate male & female plants whereby the female flowers are characterized by their four-lobed stigmas.
