Ehretia microphylla, synonym Carmona retusa is also known as the Fukien tea tree or the Philippine tea tree which is a species of flowering plant in the borage family of Boraginaceae.
The plant is evergreen & popular in Penjing China. It’s generally used for tea & the leaves are used medicinally in the Philippines to treat cough, colic, diarrhea & dysentery.
