Outstanding red flower known as Delonix regia is a species of flowering plant in the bean family of Fabaceae, subfamily Caesalpinioideae & native to the Madagascar.
It’s well known for its fern-like leaves & flamboyant display of orange-red flowers over the summer season.
Its leaves provide useful forage for livestock & the seed meal can be fed to most farm animals. Also the flowers are a good pollination & profuse source of feed for the bees.
