Spinacia Oleracea

Spinach is a plant cultivated as a vegetable for its large, dark green edible leaves, rock in vitamins A, E and K, Iodine and several Antioxidants. It also contains a lot of oxalic acid so its consumption should be moderate. In the photo you can see a plant that I grow at home in a pot with a few months old and with intense purple seeds which I will collect to plant.
