The baby’s food : THANK YOU ALL NURSING MOTHERS

Hello steemian, I wanna share with you my recent sketch that I did on a rough paper.

       WHY I DID THIS DRAWING?

I was looking after my aunt’s baby because she went to buy some items for our breakfast. Minutes later, the baby started crying😢 . All my efforts to make her stop crying were futile. But when my aunt returned and breastfeed🤱 her, she stopped cry so I decided to sketch this art.

        STEP BY STEP SHOT

Step 1:

As you can see, i sketched my art using HB and my charcoal pencil first

Step 2:

I used charcoal pencil to shade areolae. I blended it with tissues and brushes before using eraser to create highlight. Then used charcoal powder and brushes alone to shade the breast.

               MATERIALS 

1. Pelican paper
2. Tape
3. Drawing board
4. Artist brushes
5. Eraser
6. Pencils (HB for sketching and charcoal pencil for shading)
7. Charcoal powder
