GANGRONEMA latifolium

GANGRONEMA latifolium popularly known as utazi is a climbing shrub that has a characteristic of sharp bitter and slightly sweet taste, especially when it's been eaten fresh.

The Gangronema latifolium belongs to the family of plants known as Asclepiadaceae and it is mostly grown in the southern part of Nigeria and also in other western part of Africa.
