I also brought some flowers to make tea, put them to dry and then put them in a tightly closed glass jar.
You can prepare the tea or infusion by washing the flowers well, then heat two cups of water in a pot, wait for it to boil and then add them. When the water begins to change color it is time to remove it from the heat, let it rest for about five minutes, strain it and if you prefer, sweeten it with sugar or add a tablespoon of honey and drink it hot.
