Dried mushrooms contain 57-60% vitamins and minerals which play a very effective role in protecting our health. It also plays an important role in reducing the risk of cancer. Mushrooms also play a special role in protecting the body as they contain important elements like calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium.
