These are oyster mushrooms scientifically known as Pleurotus ostreatus, its other names are oyster fungus, hiratake.

Very delicious and nutritious, with an amazing display when fully grown.

Its a commonly grown type of mushroom.

Specius_pleurotus ostreatus.
