Today Free Lunch: Manado Yellow Rice!

Hello, friends especially foodies!

As a foodie I like to eat different food everyday, today luckily I got the lunch box for free from a Birthday co-worker. Here how it looked like

Maybe you don’t know that Manado is a name of the city in the north of Sulawesi, an island in my country. What I had today was their

turmeric yellow rice – tasted light savory
potato crisps – crunchy and had natural potato flavour
crunchy dried tempeh – sweet and savory plus crunchy
fried glass noodle – had savory flavour
balado egg – egg with the chilli paste, tasty savory and a bit spicy
What make it special was their cakalang fish – shredded salted fish, with savory tasty flavour. And it also served with their special spicy sambal.

Yummy!

And i also got a piece of black forest cake in the afternoon
