Trinitaria (Bugambilia)
La trinitaria (bugambilia) es una hermosa planta tipo trepadora (enredadera) capaz de crecer en cualquier tipo de suelo y clima, puede alcanzar una altura entre 1 y 12 metros. Su tronco es espinoso, ramificado y de rápido crecimiento.
Lo más llamativo de esta planta son sus preciosas brácteas o elementos que protegen a las verdaderas flores. estas flores son de pequeño tamaño, blancas y en grupos de tres, pegadas de las brácteas.
Las floraciones pueden ser de diferentes colores: blancas, fucsia, amarillas, rosadas, moradas, anaranjadas. Son abundantes y ocultan casi por completo las hojas.
La trinitaria es reconocida por sus propiedades antisépticas, especialmente sobre la piel, por lo que ayuda a combatir el acné, las infecciones y la descamación. Colabora con el correcto funcionamiento de los pulmones y de su capacidad de oxigenar el cuerpo.
Se puede preparar en forma de infusión, cocimiento o jarabe. Las partes más útiles de la planta son las hojas y flores, preferentemente los ejemplares más jóvenes y floridos.

The trinitaria (bougainvillea) is a beautiful climbing plant (creeper) capable of growing in any type of soil and climate, it can reach a height between 1 and 12 meters. Its trunk is thorny, branched and fast growing.
The most striking thing about this plant are its precious bracts or elements that protect the true flowers. these flowers are small, white and in groups of three, attached to the bracts.
Blooms can be of different colors: white, fuchsia, yellow, pink, purple, orange. They are abundant and almost completely hide the leaves.
Trinitaria is recognized for its antiseptic properties, especially on the skin, which helps fight acne, infections and flaking. It collaborates with the proper functioning of the lungs and their ability to oxygenate the body.
It can be prepared as an infusion, decoction or syrup. The most useful parts of the plant are the leaves and flowers, preferably the youngest and most flowery specimens.
