Training of Farm related Village Resource Person
Hello dear steemit friends, This is Atul Pathak.
Today, I was busy in giving the training to Village Resource Person who are related to farm activities.
As we know, In India, from the month of July to end of October we call this season as Kharif season and it is popular for growing paddy so I have provided training about waah and every basics from growing to harvesting the crop.
As we know that day by day cropping land is reducing in size and population is increasing exponentially, we have to consider any scientific method to cultivate paddy.
We are promoting transplanting of paddy by SRI method. It stands for System of Rice Intensification.
In this scientific method, seedlings are transplanted at plant to plant distance of 20 cm and row to row distance of 20 cm. This proper spacing protects plants from nutrient competition.
In the past year I am observing significant rise in the production of paddy yield.
