I am not sure if humans will be able to regulate AI.
So, I think the EU should create an AI to regulate AI.
EU.AI sounds like a fun name, but I think they should give it a common but unassuming name like ... maybe ... Agent Smith .
AI will help for sure. People can make technology to monitor the situation and government can try at regulations. AI has alot of potential, but it can be very dangerous if fully unchecked.
