I was a little late with the comment this week, but it's okay, I think.
And today I found an article about a dinosaur, and more specifically about a tyrannosaurus and he had lips!

It turns out from the article that the descendants of Theronosaurus Rex were monitor lizards. The article says that the dinosaur's teeth served them for a long time, since they did not stick out with the mouth closed. And if teeth stuck out with the mouth closed, then their wear would be 2 times faster, which is logical.
