Amazingly, it has been estimated that curing cancer would add only 3-years to the average lifespan.
I was interested in this statistic in the post. And it's true that all my friends who have been ill or are suffering from cancer die unfortunately quickly. Even after treatment, they do not live as long as other people. This fact upsets me.
The article touches on an interesting topic about rejuvenation and funding in this area. Everyone strives to prolong their youth, no one has managed to live forever yet.
