I had a friend and co-worker who traveled to Caracas on business back around 1996 or 1997. When he came back, he talked for weeks about what a wonderful country it was. That's still the first thing I think of whenever I hear the country mentioned.

I hope that the "Oxygen Pro" project is a sign of better things to come for the country.
