En ésta oportunidad participando en uno que más que un Reto es un "Llamado de Emergencia" a la Población Mundial, pues el COVID-19 con sus cepas P1 y P2 están causando Estragos en el Mundo.

In this opportunity participating in one that more than a Challenge is an "Emergency Call" to the World Population, since COVID-19 with its P1 and P2 strains are causing Havoc in the World.

Apesar de que tenemos 1 año y casi un mes, viviendo en una Pandemia que nos CAMBIO la forma de Vivir y Convivir, hay momentos en lo que creo que NO HEMOS APRENDIDO NADA ni del Virus con sus Mutaciones NI SUS CONSECUENCIAS.

Although we have 1 year and almost a month, living in a Pandemic that CHANGED the way we Live and Coexist, there are times when I think we HAVE NOT LEARNED ANYTHING or the Virus with its Mutations OR ITS CONSEQUENCES.

Veo con preocupación como a estas alturas, siendo testigos, no de una ni dos sino de más de cinco personas conocidas; que han perdido la Vida y de cientos de infectados (estoy hablando de las Comunidades en las que pernotamos) nos damos el lujo de andar sin TAPABOCAS, sin antibacterial y sin el debido cuidado al saludar a los seres queridos y a nuestros vecinos. Seguimos tocando mostradores, Saludando de manos, Besando a niños y adultos, No guardamos distancia en colas, Asistimos a fiestas bailando y tomando licor sin parar.

I see with concern how at this point, being witnesses, not of one or two but of more than five known people; who have lost their lives and hundreds of infected (I am talking about the Communities in which we stay) we have the luxury of walking without CAPS, without antibacterial and without due care when greeting loved ones and our neighbors. We continue to touch counters, Waving hands, Kissing children and adults, We do not keep distance in queues, We attend parties dancing and drinking non-stop liquor.

No existen excusas para andar sin protección, pues hay mil maneras de protegernos sin invertir mucho dinero. En casa podemos preparar un antibacterial, hay muchos videos donde nos indican como hacerlo al igual que un tapabocas, es más en la televisión nos enseñan a preparar diferentes Té naturales y como ingerirlos para prevenir el Covid-19.

There are no excuses to go without protection, because there are a thousand ways to protect ourselves without investing a lot of money. At home we can prepare an antibacterial, there are many videos where they tell us how to do it like a mask, it is more on television they teach us to prepare different natural teas and how to ingest them to prevent Covid-19.

En mi Comunidad intercambiamos matas naturales como el Malojillo, la Curia, la Citronera, el Tomillo, el Jengibre hasta el Limón pues somos 26 Casas divididas en dos aceras por medio de una Carrera y hemos "Aprendido" a convivir en una sola unidad; Lo cual no significa que debamos estar metidos todos en casas de todos NO, Sino que al menor grito de Ayuda de un vecino ir debidamente protegido para saber cómo podemos ayudar. Gracias a Dios hasta el día de hoy, no hemos tenido ni un Contagio, Clamando a Dios que sigamos por ése camino. UNIDOS EN COMUNIDAD FAMILIA.

In my Community we exchange natural bushes such as Malojillo, Curia, Citronera, Thyme, Ginger up to Lemon because we are 26 Houses divided into two sidewalks by means of a Race and we have "learned" to live together in a single unit; Which does not mean that we should all be in everyone's houses. NO, but rather that at the slightest cry for help from a neighbor, be duly protected to know how we can help. Thank God until today, we have not had a contagion, crying out to God that we continue on that path. UNITED IN FAMILY COMMUNITY.

Mi abuela decía: "Cuando tienes un hijo, tienes todos los hijos del mundo", Nada más cierto. Tengo casi 12 años viviendo acá y si bien es cierto no soy "Amiga de todos" soy su"Vecina" y si ellos están bien todos estaremos bien.

My grandmother used to say: "When you have a child, you have all the children in the world", Nothing more true. I have lived here for almost 12 years and although it is true I am not "everyone's friend" I am their "Neighbor" and if they are well we will all be fine.

Entendamos POR FAVOR que sí todos nos CUIDAMOS vamos Rompiendo las Cadenas de Contagio, Si por casualidad se te olvidó el Tapabocas en casa deja la flojera y búscalo, que no se te olvide lavar tus manos y cara con jabón cada vez que puedas, rocía en tus manos y brazos Alcohol o antibacterial siempre que salgas a la calle y cuando vuelvas a tu casa BAÑATE con agua y jabon.

PLEASE understand that if we all CARE, we are Breaking the Chains of Contagion, If by chance you forgot the mask at home, leave laziness and look for it, do not forget to wash your hands and face with soap whenever you can, spray on your hands and arms Alcohol or antibacterial whenever you go out and when you return home BATHE with soap and water.

CUANDO LOGRAS AMARTE A TI MISMO, TEN LA SEGURIDAD DE QUE AMARÁS A TODOS EMPEZANDO CON TUS FAMILIARES, AMIGOS, VECINOS Y COMUNIDAD EN GENERAL.
EN ESO SE BASA LA CONCIENCIA:
EN SABER QUE SI TÚ FALLAS, GENERAS CONSECUENCIAS A TODO TU ALREDEDOR Y PUEDEN SER FATALES.

WHEN YOU CAN LOVE YOURSELF, BE SAFE THAT YOU WILL LOVE EVERYONE, STARTING WITH YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL.
