Contest: My Plan Starts Today @sikan-eyen
Hello Steem Lovers!!
Beginning of the year is always a new start to life. For me, its a great year.
I had my new year resolutions set with everything I hope to be all mapped out, what's left? Actualization... ha-ha Talk is cheap.
My physical self isn't left out, free feel to read through my purpose record of my beautiful and healthy self...

1.— MY GOALS:
You see right from time I had always had this slender physique and I really want to add some more flesh, so here's what i do; I have increased my meal portions, take supplements and rest more whenever I am free and also very importantly, sleeping early.
Finally, my body is perfect, I don't wish for anything to change other than gaining a little more mass.
2.— I LOVE DANCING:
When I am not working or writing, you are sure to catch me throwing my legs in steps or simply nodding my head to an unheard tune. I really do love to dance, no excuses. It makes me feel happy, energetic and healthy.
3.—MY PLAN TO ACHIEVING MY DREAM BODY:
₹ Eat, eat eat and eat more, Lols.
₹ Add mid-meal snacks to my diet.
₹ Take smoothies of different variants regularly.
₹ Drink milk often.
₹ Exercise; Because of the nature of my job, I would try to achieve this first thing in the morning before going through work preparation routine. I downloaded an App to guide me through.
₹ As I had earlier said, I would be sleeping earlier now at night to help me relax properly.
4.— HELP:
It's really not easy setting up your plans and keeping up to it, so RN(right now) all I need is motivation. Anything or someone who could be my push to realization.
5.—RECOMMENDATIONS:
I happen to have many doctor friends and I reached out to one of them concerning my plans, Dr. Eduok, he listened to me and encouraged me to be intentional about my plans and also dieting right.
So dear friends, these are my plans for this year, and MY PLANS START TODAY❕❕❕

Me encanta la energía de tu publicación y es excelente que te guste tu cuerpo tal como es.
Creo que te ves muy bien, no te hace falta mas carne jejeje, pero si deseas aumentar masa muscular debes además de tener una dieta balanceada, hacer ejercicios de fuerza y peso, en gym te indicaran perfectamente.
Bailar es un excelente ejercicio, además de divertido, asi que quedaría muy bien en tu plan.
Lo importante es que empieces a realizar tus planes, esos empujones debemos darlos nosotros mismos y cuando veas los resultados haras de tu rutina de ejercicios un modo de vida.
Te deseo mucho éxito en tus planes, ya eres bella y cuando lo logres lo seras aun mas.

My dear friend @sikan-eyen , I love your energy and grace in expressing your plans, I heartily recommend that when you feel you are going to faint, or not continue, think seriously about the time you used, with so much passion, to create this Goal Plan.
Life is always a discovery of things you did not know you felt, hidden talents that you have not had time to exploit, do not be afraid to fail because there will always be ups and downs which makes us feel stronger.
