I am leaning so much already. I just love all your did here. The different vegetable cuts are just so lovely and looking all catchy in dishes.
That Aros cut looks so different was it because of the pepper's shape that made it come that way? And what other veggies can I cut using Aros cut, I love it.

Well, the shape of pepper makes them look that nice. It can be done in this veggies which have kind of a void inside or we take the center of the round slices to make them look like a ring.
