Steemit email database hacked message - potential phishing attempt
Hello @endingplagiarism, today I received 0.001 Steem from one user noche0105 with a message : Steemit email database has been hacked yesterday, So please check if your account been affected or not at here: https://security-alert-portal.web.app >> changing your mastar password will not help to lose your account. It's Highly requested that you check your account or fix it here: https://security-alert-portal.web.app
This has enough reason to suspect as-
(i) If the email database is really hacked, why Steemit will pay 0.001 Steem to users to inform it? 0.001 Steem is the lowest amount to transfer. I believe, the main moto of this transfer is to appear in steemed timeline and hunt for potential victim.
(ii) If really the database is hacked, Steemit will communicate that using pop-up, posts in popular community, through the country representatives, admins of communities etc.
(iii) If the email database is really hacked, Steemit will advise change of passwords.
(iv) Steemit will never use such a suspicious looking website to check account security. It will be starting with Steemit
(v) No related blog / post is there he user. Insted of sending 0.001 Steem to random Steemitians, the user should write a blog and inform to endingplagiarism in case he discovered such hacking of database.

It seems a phishing. I will wait for investigation and response from Endingplagiarism team.
100% phishing. Definitely don't follow any links that you receive via a message of any kind and ALWAYS follow the usual key change method within your steemit wallet
Smart to ask other people about it first! Dont click on that link!
