Massive Abusement in NewComer's Community

Greeting Everyone!
Something that I had noticed when I was visiting the NewComer's Community last week. I saw some users are abusing the NewComer's Achievement Program and earning thousands of steems by making fake accounts. I started an investigation on some accounts and I found that some types of groups are active in this scam. I am not 100% sure but I think they are in three different groups, of course, they are clever and they use their best to hide their original identities. I am linking mostly accounts and hopefully, I will find them soon.
Now let's come to some maths which might surprise you too.
50 Fake accounts can easily earn them 1350 Steems a month by just posting fake achievements because each user can post normally 9 achievements. Each achievement can easily earn them 1$ upvote from steemcurator03 now let's multiply that 1x9 = 9$ now multiply that to 50 Accounts.
1x9 = 9$
9x50 = 450$
450$ divided by simply 4 = 112.5 SBD
112.5 x 12 = 1350 Steems
What I saw is that, they are making hundreds of accounts monthly and their earnings are countless which they are earning by using these fake accounts.

In this case, you will find out that achievement 1 to achievement 5.3 were posted multiple times until they haven't got the upvote from Steemcurator03. Now when you will visit her wallet you will find out that she is withdrawing each and every penny from her wallet through this memo "108583699".
When I visited this Memo I was surprised after seeing the result:
They just had withdrawn 771 STEEM from October 17, 2021, to February 13, 2022. This might doesn't look like too much or anyone can think might they are using the same address to withdraw their steems but hey, can you see how many accounts they are using? You will be surprised when you found out that most of these accounts were just generated to earn the rewards from Achievement Program.
These were the users who had made withdraw with this single memo and all of them just posted their achievement posts and vanished.
Now here are some active users who are still active and completing their achievements.
These are the accounts that immediately need to be tagged as on hold so none of the greeters can rate them or upvote them. Further hundreds of accounts are there who are doing the same activities and I will try to investigate and expose them soon.

This is an investigation that we have already been doing from the Steem Greeters team.
They have already gone Making a great effort to detect abuse.
Some of the ones you have named in this list already have an "Under Review" label, which is the label for cases in which we observe a pattern like the one you have indicated. However, it is not established as something improper to withdraw your rewards. For an account to be taken for review we take into account factors such as plagiarism, duplicity, or that they are in fact false accounts. Several factors must coincide, because we don't just want to take people out of the opportunity to make their achievements without valid arguments.
When we put an "Under Review" label it is because we have carefully studied the case.
