Downvote curation trail grows and reaches nearly 1 million SP!
Thanks to the help of @xpilar and their team who recently joined our trail, the total downvote power increased by approximately 500 000 SP reaching nearly 1 million SP (670 000 SP delegated with the steemseven.xyz tool, the rest delegated by the tool of @justyy). That allows us to downvote more posts, because in many cases we are just using 1% VP downvote (1% already takes down 25 cents, 100% downvote is able to take down up to 25 USD)

Content farms
Since we launched the project, two account farms were detected. Both, made of the new accounts with 15 SP delegated to them from Steemit Inc. has been closed. Another, found by @endplagiarism, was connected with @dtubebd account.
There is one more account farm, a bit more difficult to destroy, because all the members have their own non-delegated SP. It's with @xenotype and 41 other accounts (for example: @steemmeme @userfriendly @dangerdanger @ixixi @votethis @ezpromote @savagebits @buyingcrypto @mostsavage and that sort of trash accounts)
Two big fish mentioned in the previous report and some smaller abusers
We fight with two abusers who are using the bidbots. Bidbotters are not illegal per se, and if they are regular bloggers or photographers, they don't have anything to worry about. Those two accounts were milking the system for a long time, so we will let them sweat for a while now.
The first user is @angryseason - they used to share every day the same publication with the single sign of ".", just to get the rewards from upvu. That way every day they were getting 3.12 USD. We were downvoting all their rewards for a week and it was enough to make them change their habits a bit. We are not soft for them - everyone has a chance to fix their mistakes but after 11 months of cheating, we are not going to make this task easy for them, so we expect 100% original content, good quality posts, proper contribution to Steemit.
Second account belong to @tramb who is using tipu and cash out the rewards for sharing short posts without any significant meaning or paragraphs stolen from other websites. That user was earning 22.00 - 23.00 USD for their publications. That account will also be visited daily. We also got their attention and they seemed to be ready to change their habits, but then they started sharing short posts with less than 100 words, no photos, no interaction with other users, no proper tags, no originality etc...
The new account to downvote is @anacristinasilva that is using upvu and sharing one sentence per post. All the rewards has been zeroed and the account will be visited on a daily basis.
Automatic plagiarism checker
The automatic plagiarism checker is tested in 8 communities now. It's still work in progress and it will be polished to increase its "intelligence", so please be patient and forgive it any mistakes. Every reported plagiarism is double checked by our team so if the bot is wrong, the information about the fake plagiarism is not saved anywhere.
The next improvements will include:
- marking text over 85% plagiarism free as approved (many users write the same introduction or a few words about them at the end of their publication, so we had plenty of fake reports with 8-9% of "plagiarism")
- excluding community accounts from the scan (to avoid marking as plagiarism weekly or daily reports)
- excluding the dclick.io from the plagiarism results (it shows the publications made on Steemit - plenty of fake plagiarism reports)
For the admins and mods
Every report includes the list of the abusers who shared plagiarism, spam or any other content against the rules. Make sure people suggested to block (with three or more abuse cases) are not able to publish anything in your community. People marked with the warning (W1 or W2) should be allowed to participate on Steemit, but it's worth to keep an eye on them and always double check what was posted from that accounts.

Rewards distribution
@ac-cheetah is not oriented on earning the money, so most of the rewards will be invested in developing new tools or, optionally, powering up to fight with plagiarists more effectively.
The income from all the future @ac-cheetah posts will be distributed between multiple accounts:
- 40% will go to @alexmove who is working on the automatization of plagiarism search on the platform. The money will be used to pay for external professional tools that detect plagiarism (the cost is 0.01 USD per post)
- 20% will go to @alejos7ven (10%) and @symbionts (10%) for launching the downvote trail tool and their support
- 20% will go to @papi.mati for the manual work on searching abusers, downvoting, and for writing the reports
- 20% will be used to make power-ups with the @ac-cheetah account
As we received a few delegations and we have some SP now, we distribute it on a daily basis to reward our account and team (by doing it we follow the request of our biggest donor). The rest of the votes are used to upvote community accounts of some random communities. The priority have the community accounts that joined the downvote curation trail.
If you can’t force people to stop buying votes the best option is to force them to produce qualify content in the steemit community which will help the whole ecosystem. As we have seen all over the community, users who are into vote buying tend to plagiarise more and tend to steal from users who their posts never even made it to the one dollar mark. So it’s really sad when you go and realise that your posts was stolen but ended up earning higher than you did.
Is it possible to delegate sp without necessarily joinig the curation trail ? I will love to do that.

Yes, we have currently 25 000 SP delegated from one user. He requested that we use the downvote power to fight with the abusers and upvote power to self-vote to increase the power of the account as soon as possible. Even though we normally do not self-vote, we respect that request. If you want to delegate the SP to our account, you'd have to be fine with us upvoting our account occasionally with that power. The rest of the upvotes are distributed between the community accounts, with the priority for those curation accounts that have joined our trail.
