The Sabbath Day

God rested on the 7th day after he had finished his work on earth. Satan has deceived many souls because many people do not understand what the sabbath day means. Genesis 2 vs 1-3.
If the creator of heaven and earth can rest on the 7th day, then why can't we (humans) also rest on that day too? Because he has already laid an example for us to follow.
The Lord has already set that day aside for us to be blessed. No one must do any circular work on that day. Exodus 23:12

Jesus slept while he was on earth and he has laid the example for us, that is, we should always sleep when we are supposed to sleep.
Mark 2:25-26
Except the doctors, nurses who are working for God, saving lives are permitted to work on the sabbath day. But any other work is not permitted and will become a sin unto anyone who violates this rule.
The day of the lord(sabbath day) is not the day for celebrations or any activity apart from the work of God because it is the day of the Lord.
It is quite unfortunate that it is on the sabbath day that many people chooses to do their own work...

Some women will choose to wash their clothes on the sabbath day, some will set their parties on that day, some will want to go to work, some will either go watch football matches or to play football, etc. The Lord will not be happy with such people.
Do not sleep on the sabbath day when you are supposed to be in the church.
It is very good for everyone to understand the word of God, because its going to be easy for such a person to obey God's commands.

There is a great blessing on the sabbath day if u keep it holy
Isaiah 56:2

It is dangerous to violate the law of the sabbath day.
Some people do get prepared on time when they are late for an occasion or their place of work, but when it is the sabbath day, and they are late, instead of them to quickly get prepared in order not to be late for the service, they won't even be bothered if they are late.. Such people has already permitted the devil to overpower them in that area
