The Bible says in the book of 1 Peter 5: 6-7 Humillaos, then, under the powerful hand of God, for him to exalt you when it was time; Throwing all your anxiety about him, because he is careful of you.

The anxieties we suffer, are the same as our Christian brothers live throughout the world, the knowledge and practice of a submissive life before God, produces the necessary faith that helps us visualize and experience the reward of being free of anxieties, This protection is a product of voluntary submission in the relationship with Almighty God.

The conditions of suffering are the purifying and transforming method that God uses to perfect, affirm, strengthen and establish everyone who has called for the salvation of the soul of him and the enjoyment of the glory of him for eternity.

God exalts the one who walks in obedience before him, freeing him from anguish, the word humility in this biblical context means submitting, is subject to be governed by God. It is worth putting energy to live under the domain of God that brings reward.
