The Benefits of Empathy
Being empathetic in a society that becomes indifferent to the pain of the other can mean a great challenge, every day it is possible to lose hope in love, friendship, work relationships and family, simply because it seems that everyone builds a world for if it surrounds walls so as not to look at those around it.
If the world will practice more thinking about the other, taking care of the hearts of others as well as taking care of ours, then everything would be much better for each one, but unfortunately this happens very little, it is true perhaps we cannot change the world but if we can help someone to make theirs better.
In the world there is already enough discomfort in people's way of life for us to be you or me adding more, a person who is mistreated by an act not ours may be living a very difficult situation, and there we go adding more pain to his life, analyze it that way and you will see that your way of thinking about others begins to change.
Being empathic brings many benefits both for others and for us, the bible says that with the same measure with which you measure you will be measured, therefore what you do to others you will be doing to yourself
No good deed is put to the ground, God will always give us a Reward for every good thing we do.
Among the benefits of empathy is the sense of personal fulfillment that the person capable of helping, creating, innovating, raising awareness and above all feeling good about themselves has to feel.
Empathic people are always willing to collaborate and have a much more harmonious relationship with others, they are really excellent at orientation to change and can easily be an influence on others.
