THE MOVE OF GOD 2

9 BUT AS IT IS WRITTEN: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
10 BUT GOD HAS REVEALED THEM TO US THROUGH HIS SPIRIT. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
11 FOR what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? EVEN SO NO ONE KNOWS THE THINGS OF GOD EXCEPT THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
12 NOW we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, THAT WE MIGHT KNOW THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN FREELY GIVEN TO US BY GOD."
1 Corinthians 2:9-12 (NKJV)

• There are some believers who criticize every move of God. When a new move of God started, they begin to criticize it, because it was strange to them and they wanted to believe, or think, such a thing could not have been from God.

• What you do not understand, and could not decipher in the spirit, do not fight against it, It could be another move of God:
  34 THEN ONE IN THE COUNCIL STOOD UP, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law held in respect by all the people, and commanded them to put the apostles outside for a little while. 35 And he said to them: “Men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what you intend to do regarding these men. 36 For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody. A number of men, about four hundred, joined him. He was slain, and all who obeyed him were scattered and came to nothing. 37 After this man, Judas of Galilee rose up in the days of the census, and drew away many people after him. He also perished, and all who obeyed him were dispersed. 38 And now I say to you, KEEP AWAY FROM THESE MEN AND LET THEM ALONE; FOR IF THIS PLAN or THIS WORK IS OF MEN, it will come to nothing; 39 BUT IF IT IS OF GOD, YOU CANNOT OVERTHROW IT—LEST YOU EVEN BE FOUND TO FIGHT AGAINST GOD” (Acts 5:34-39 NKJV).
• Before you criticize a thing, search the Scriptures and pray and ask the Holy Spirit about it, whether it is from God or not.

• The move of prosperity teaching was not initially accepted by some in the church of Christ. A number of those who were against it then, preaching against it, later got the understanding, and they do believe and embrace it.

• There is no move of God that would not be abused, being the nature of humans, and the world we live in, which is being controlled by the devil (2 Corinthians 4:4).
• Some who claimed to be ministers of God are using gimmicks to collect money from people, in the name of praying for them in order to prosper materially.
• Regardless of the abuse, the move of Prosperity is of God, though it has excesses, yet, God knows about it. God started It, and chooses to PROSPER His church at large.
• God changes the patterns which He uses, because we, the believers, cannot comprehend and assimilate all He wanted to teach us at a time.
  HE did promise to give the land little by little. He teaches His Word precept by precept (Exodus 23:29,30; Deuteronomy 7:22; Isaiah 28:10,13).

• At each stage or every juncture of your Christian journey, you need to check and ask from God to know whether you are still on course in the fulfillment of His Purpose for your life.

• Many believers have derailed from the right path, because they allowed Rigidity. Such people are not seasoned, not current, they are far away from God.
  a. They are still working with the past instructions or stale messages which they received several years ago, and they have not met with God recently to know what He is saying.
  b. They know nothing about His move and progressiveness. They often criticize the new move of God, because they are out of touch with Him.
  c. Such Believers would not endeavour to go to God and ask about His mind, whether they are right or wrong on the things they are criticizing. And the going to God for inquiry should be done with open mindedness to know His move or doing presently, otherwise nothing would be gotten out of it.
  THEY have derailed, and deviated, but they could not discern it.
• Every Believer, and much more a Minister, should be current and be sensitive about the move of God and His leadings.
• God changes His pattern, or strategies, every now and then, thus, you have to be sensitive in hearing His voice and the knowing of what He doing per time—what is going on in His Kingdom per time.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any sickness in your body, receive your healing now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• Whatever is not planted in your body by God that is working against your wellness and good health, such is rebuked and uprooted in Jesus' name.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

• If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
