𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐇

Today we see much falsehood and hypocrisy in most churches. They preach something that they don’t live on a personal level and dare to condemn and point people when not even the Lord Jesuschrist himself being the Son of the living God did it. What does God think of people who do such things? Let's see what the holy scriptures say in (Matthew 7: 3-5):

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

We can realize that it’s the hypocrites who behave in such a way, the true son of God, exhort and correct their brothers in simplicity and meekness. We have to be imitators of Christ, live as he walked. Perhaps Christ and the apostles weren’t persecuted? They had many enemies who always tried to contradict God's Holy Word either out of envy, ignorance, or because they couldn't bear it.

When a true Christian begins to preach the word of God as it’s written in the Bible in holiness and obedience under the guide of the Holy Spirit without fear of being rejected or mocked, (not preaching what pleases us because that can be done by anyone) It’s at this moment that a terrible persecution against him begins. This world is used to living in lies, narcissism, vanity and egotism, when someone comes up against this system of corruption, believe me... they will not be applauded or accepted.

We can observe this in (Acts 6: 9-10):

Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.

And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

Stephen was one of the followers of Christ, he was a martyr who suffered for the gospel, Stephen was full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people. But these men could not bear to be contradicted, and while they stoned him to death, he didn’t throw a word of curse against them, the same thing that happened with the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, not only asked Christ to receive his spirit, but he also forgave his persecutors. How incredible right? Instead, we face the slightest offense with revenge, we seek to apply the famous saying "tooth for a tooth and an eye for an eye."

Sadly, not everyone will obtain salvation, only those who persevere in the gospel until the end through adversity, trials, temptations and tribulations will be able to receive the crown of life (James 1:12).

This degree of persecution is not only exclusive to the ancient times, it can also be observed today in an extreme way that millions of Christians are tortured and persecuted in different parts of the world as you well see in these news.

This 27-year-old man named Kande Mudu who lived in the Khunti district of Jharkhand, India who had converted to Christ four years ago was killed by the Hindu mafia for preaching the gospel in that region in which he and his family were the only christians.

Extermination is practically taking place in Nigeria, by radical groups in that town in Africa that don't doubt to kill christians in the area in a very cruel way.

Chinese christians resist the persecution even though the chinese government has destroyed their homes and thrown their belongings onto the streets. Not only has this type of repression been seen, this year the government banned the sale of the Bible online, burned crosses, demolished churches, and forced the closure of at least half a dozen places of worship.

Muslims surrender themselves to Christ after Christians dedicated their evangelistic work and medical care despite exposing themselves to various dangers such as theft, extortion and persecution. God responded, and this is one of the many cases that have surrendered at the feet of Christ for the work done by this group of Christians.

According to the human rights organization Christian Freedom International (IFC), about 91,000 Muslims across Bangladesh have converted to christianity in the past six years.

Beloved, let us pray that humanity awakes and becomes aware of the homicides, torture and persecutions that are carried out on believers, to stand firm on the rock that is Christ and continue with the work of the gospel in holiness and obedience, keeping the commandments of God since we can thus enjoy the riches unlimited that our Father has prepared for us in the kingdom of heaven, God bless you!...
