Daniel 6:10

Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

It is so important to pray during the day and have faith in God no matter what happens around us. Praying demonstrates our trust in God, our assurance that our father is there by our side hearing every word that comes out of our mouth.

The prayer must be genuine and sincere, withdraw from the environment and enter a place where we can be alone with the father.

Acts 10:9

About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray.

Peter parted to pray, Daniel parted to pray, Jesus parted to pray. It is important to pray in a place without interruptions or distractions because that moment is one of the most important in our relationship with God.
