We must try to stay more in tune with our parents and avoid the news that may worry and weaken us mentally, our mind must be clean and ready to receive what God promises us, reading the word will encourage us and give us the tranquility that we need right now . When negative thoughts come, we can combat them with each and every promise we can find in the Bible.

Joshua 1:5

No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Uncertainty, together with the alarming news that is on the table, can generate fear, and fear can take over our thoughts and paralyze us, that we must avoid, and trust in the word of God.

Look in the Bible for verses that can encourage you and help increase faith, at these times it is necessary to always keep them in mind so that faith does not fall. Faith moves mountains and without faith it is impossible to please God.

Hebrews 11:6

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
