If you are Exercising yourself in godliness, it means that you are exercising your human spirit, which is the person that you are. And the sure way to put your spirit in exercise is by praying in tongues; it makes your spirit keep glowing and ablaze for God. Jude 1:20 says, “But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most divine faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 14:4 says, “Who speaks in an unknown tongue build himself….” Christians that always pray in tongues are more in harmony to the things of the Spirit.

Whoever pray in tongues is sensitive and answering to the leading and guidance of the Holy Ghost; they won't have laziness in them. When you always pray in tongues, your spirit is manipulated in praying habit and set for dynamic evangelism. Adopt the habit of beginning everything by speaking in tongues. Then at usual intervals in the course of your day, pray in heavenly language. The beautiful thing is that, you can speak in tongues under your breath even when you are at work or making business.

Speaking in tongues is the fastest way that you can activate and give your spirit energy. There are people that are more concerned about keeping their bodies firm than paying any attention to their spirits for exercise. As you train yourself to always pray in other tongues, different from some other benefits it has on your life, it will open your spirit to have and understand the Word of God and enhance your walk in the divine life.
