The Reckless love of God

John McKay, the great football coach at the University of southern California, had a son who was also a successful football player on the USC team. when an interviewer asked coach McKay to comment on the pride he felt over his son's accomplishments, this is what he said "Yes, I'm pleased that John Jr. Had a good season this year. he does a fine job and I'm proud of him. But I would be just as proud if he had never played the game at all". Great answer!. That's the kind of love Christ has shown us even more. Christ love is not performance based; it's unconditional, unbreakable and unending. Christ has demonstrated His love to us in several ways even when we couldn't stand to love ourselves and were yet sinners. What an overwhelming, never ending, reckless love of our father.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

It could have only been love that made God who was our creator giving out His son to die for our sins that we should not perish. King David felt the love of God around human that he had to question 'who are men, that thou are so mindful of" . No doubt he had seen God in His glory, turning around to look men and it marvel him to what occasion do God love us this much. If we could look around our life and the things we have done and has been doing, we could see clearly that our works couldn't have granted us the life
,favour and peace we currently enjoy.

1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

What a privilege that we are considered as the sons and daughters of God. In His might and glory, He did not call us slaves, He did not call us strangers but has regarded us as Sons and daughters of Him. No love has been greater than the love of God since the creation of the world. In His mercies, He has not allowed the devil to accomplish his wicked ways. All his word has directed us in love that we may be guided not to be deceived into ways that destroys man.

No matter who you are, what you are, how you are and where you are currently, Christ love is never ending and unconditional, He stands by the door each day knocking for Him to be let in. Welcome Him today and experience this amazing and unending love.
