Greetings, Max I hope that as always the Lord is with you.

You will never lack jealousy, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be cheerful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. [Romans 12: 11-12 NIV]

This passage from Romans 12:11, as Christians we must maintain spiritual fervor, serving the Lord and being faithful in prayer.

The Scriptures exhort us: "Pray without ceasing." This does not mean that we should spend all the time on our knees, offering formal prayers. This means that we must live and serve our Lord in an atmosphere of prayer.

Prayer is a means of communication between us and God. God speaks to us through his Word; We respond through our prayers, and He always listens to us. We cannot tire you or burden you with our frequent and sincere appeals.

We are approaching a serious moment. The events that take place in our world call each follower of Christ to take his relationship with God very seriously. To strengthen this relationship and meet our emotional and spiritual needs, we must recognize the power of prayer. We must ask the Lord, as the disciples in ancient times asked: "Lord, teach us to pray."

God is willing and willing to listen, and also to answer our sincere prayers in various circumstances, and this brings comfort. He is a loving Father, interested in us, and when everything goes well, and when the vicissitudes of life give us crushing, furious and terrible blows. And when we are ready to shout, "Lord, where are you?", The blessed advantage is knowing that He is exactly where prayer is offered.

We recognize that we need the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. But it can only be achieved if we pray for it personally and together. If God's people pray sincerely, sincerely, personally and throughout the church, God will respond. Great things will be achieved in God's people. And the world will feel the impact when the Holy Spirit descends to empower his people and to empower him.
