One week ago (April 10, 2021) Goldsmith, TLCC PROJECTS and HearChurch, officially launched the land auctions for the Telos Blockchain game: HEARTFARMS. A game based on a set of constructible and manageable lands, suitable for agricultural work (in the logic of the game), where players can have crops and trade them in cities and towns, all oriented to simulated real-life agriculture in the most successful way possible, in a sustainable and next-generation game, this in the sense of the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as web development and Blockchain technology (TLCC).

Hace una semana (10 Abril 2021) [Goldsmith](http://https://goldsmith.money/ "Goldsmith"), [TLCC PROJECTS](http://https://web.tlccc.sg/our-team/ "TLCC PROJECTS") y [HearChurch](http://https://heart-church.org/ "HearChurch"), lanzaron oficialmente la subastas de tierras para el juego en cadena de Bloques de Telos: [HEARTFARMS](http://https://farm.heart-church.org/live/ "HEARTFARMS"). Un juego basado en un conjunto de tierras contruibles y manejables, aptas pa el trabajo agricola (en la tematica logica del juego), donde los jugadores podran tener cosechas y comerciarlas en las ciudade y pueblos, todo orientado a la agricultura de la vida real simulado en lo mas acertado posible, en un juego sostenible y de ultima generacion, esto en sentido de la integracion de tecnologias vanguardistas, tales como el desarrollo web y la tecnologia Blockchain (TLCC).

The truth is that many people have already entered the auction process, having already better bidders for the best land (as in real life, a land that passes near the road is more valued than it is not; or the one that already has natural resources of the land to those who do not have); waiting for the auction cycle to conclude and thus obtain the corresponding titles for the land in question.

Lo cierto es que ya muchas personas entraron en el proceso de subastas, habiendo ya mejores postores para las mejores tierras (como en la vida real, un terreno que pasa cerca de la carretera esta mas valorado del que no lo esta; o el que posse ya recursos naturales propios del terreno a aquel que no tiene); esperando que el ciclo de las subastas concluya y asi hacerse con los titulos correspondientes de la tierra en cuestion.

Note: This is only the auction process, an land can be offered for an amount, and another person can raise the offer, and as in every auction, the one who offers a higher amount before the end of the time determined for it, will be the owner of it auctioned.

Nota: Este solo es el proceso de subastas, una tierra puede ser ofertada por un monto, y otra persona puede subir la oferta, y como en toda subasta el que ofrezca un mayor monto antes que finalice el tiempo determinado para ello , sera el dueño de lo subastado.

Now Well, a few days ago the second lots of land were launched to be auctioned: 1st was The Emerald Coast, now Safiro Island, and with it some improvements have been introduced of which our Friend @crypto-investor has been in charge and are some like:

Ahora Bien, hace pocos dias se han lanzado el segundo lotes de tierras para ser subastadas: 1º fue costa Emerald, ahora Isla Safiro, y con el se han introducido al gunas mejoras de las que nuestro Amigo @crypto-investor ha sido el encargado y son algunas como:

Price Mode	Modo de Precio
Toggles on/off price mode. Each hexagon now displays the current Min. Bid price, or displays "OPEN" if no one has yet bid on the plot! The color of each hex represents the bidding price, showing heat-spots of activity on the map where bids are the highest.	Activa o desactiva el modo de precio. Cada hexágono ahora muestra el mínimo actual. Oferta precio, o muestra "ABIERTO" si nadie ha ofertado aún por la parcela. El color de cada hexágono representa el precio de la oferta, mostrando los puntos calientes de actividad en el mapa donde las ofertas son las más altas.

User Display Mode	Ver Usuario
Toggles on/off user display mode. Each hexagon now displays the user who presently owns the plot OR presently is highest bidder on the plot. White names own the plots. Yellow names are the highest bidders of plots.	Activa o desactiva el modo de visualización del usuario. Cada hexágono muestra ahora el usuario que actualmente posee la parcela O que actualmente es el mejor postor en la parcela. Los nombres blancos son dueños de las parcelas. Los nombres amarillos son los mejores postores de parcelas.

While someone is the highest bidder, the Owner of the plot is not able to do certain things with their land, such as give it to someone else, or use their ability to create a .jc account. In other words, the owner loses most of their privileges with their land once they put it up for auction. Once the auction is finalized, they also lose their ownership status.

Due to ownership not mattering much while a plot is under auction, it is better to display the current highest bidder in yellow. They are the user account who will potentially become the owner! It is an easy way to see what plots you have under bid contract.

Si bien alguien es el mejor postor, el propietario de la parcela no puede hacer ciertas cosas con su tierra, como dársela a otra persona o usar su capacidad para crear una cuenta .jc. En otras palabras, el propietario pierde la mayoría de sus privilegios con su tierra una vez que la pone a subasta. Una vez finalizada la subasta, también pierden su estado de propiedad.

Debido a que la propiedad no importa mucho mientras una parcela está en subasta, es mejor mostrar el mejor postor actual en amarillo. ¡Son la cuenta de usuario que potencialmente se convertirá en el propietario! Es una manera fácil de ver qué parcelas tiene bajo contrato de licitación.

The first batch of land auctioned was great and counter bids were the trend, many being left out of the high bidders with their large amounts of "hearts." El primer lote de tierras subastadas estuvo genial y las contraofertas fueron la tendencia, muchos quedaron por fuera de los altos postores con sus grandes cantidades de "corazones". Por esto en este segundo lote de Tierras habran subastas que su tiempo no sera de 7 dias, habran tierras que cerraram su ciclo en 3 dias, esto con la finalidad de que todos puedan adquirir sus parcelas y los beneficios que ellas le otorgaran.
