After living a painful process for us, living a situation where we have felt super burdened, hurt or have been subjected to more pressure than we should, we are exhausted, it could be said that we do not have enough strength to face life as We did it before, but then is when we must enter into a process with ourselves, forget a little about ourselves and begin to heal those wounds that were left inside, those that are not seen that are usually the most difficult, we must drain all the anger that may have remained in us, because if it does not happen in this way then we can never move forward.
It is necessary that we begin an internal work to find ourselves, open new paths to travel, leaving behind what we can no longer solve, and focusing only on what is in front of us.
There will always be two types of people that you will meet, on one side will be those who will want to sink you even more, those who do not provide any kind of hope and much less will support you to get up.
But on the other side there will be people who appreciate you, those who will encourage you to go further, those who will tell you that you are capable of going for more, those, believe them, trust them, support yourself, and gain courage and strength.
You must find yourself why? Because having been in a process is not easy at all to start your life again, because regularly the people who leave the process can be victorious but due to the strenuous battle they had to fight, their physical strength can diminish, but the spiritual one is renewed then this It is the one that will start you off with a renewed mind.
Finding yourself is necessary so that you never forget your essence, although that old person that you were has had to be transformed, there is an essence in you that you should never lose and it is because you are God's perfect creation.
Therefore, what God placed in you when he formed you must remain and grow, and each day it will be perfected in his love and with the guidance of your Holy Spirit.
