Let us not neglect our body which is the temple and dwelling place of his Holy Spirit.
Haggai 1: 6-9
6 You sow much, and reap little; you eat and are not satisfied; you drink, and you are not satisfied; you dress, and do not get warm; and the one who works a day's wages receives his wages on deaf ears.
7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: Ponder your ways.
8 Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and rebuild the house; and I will put my will in it, and I will be glorified, says the Lord.
9 You seek much, and find little; and you lock up at home, and I will dissipate it in a breath. Why? says the Lord of hosts. Because my house is deserted, and each one of you runs to his own house.

Dear brothers and sisters as human beings we have needs and we like to have luxuries, money, clothes, food, which is not bad, because the children of God are called to be Blessed, but it happens that sometimes because we have so many things we forget what He gives us everything, of our God, and we begin to neglect the things that really fill us with peace, with joy, we change them for other things that become vanities, things that God can give us and also take them away in one breath.
And one of the things that we neglect the most is our body, which is the temple and dwelling place of his Holy Spirit, we forget to pray, to fast, because we don't have time, we allow ourselves to be invaded by luxuries, by abuse in our diet, there is so many things to enjoy that we forget to pray, there is no time for anything from God. And the house becomes deserted, which house? Our body, where the Holy Spirit dwells, we forget that that house is maintained with prayer, with fasting, with the reading of the Bible, with praise for our God.

When our Creator sees all this, he stops our Blessings and illnesses arrive, tests, but for what? So that we build again the house of the Holy Spirit and he will say as it appears in Haggai 2: 9 “The latter glory of this house will be greater than the first, Jehovah of armies has said; and I will give peace in this place, says the Lord of hosts."
