1- I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning spiritual gifts.
4- Now there are diversities of gifts, but the spirit is the same.
5- And there are diversities of ministries, but the Lord is the same.
6- And there are diversities of operations, but God, who worketh all things in all things, is the same.
7- But to each is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

The Bible teaches us that our Heavenly Father has given gifts to each member of the church to help them to grow and serve, being a gift the special and necessary capacity to contribute to the strengthening of the church. But we also have to minister them to others as good administrators of the manifold grace of God because the gifts are not for our own benefit but have the purpose of edifying other believers so we must think with much sanity according to the measure of faith that GOD gives us,

The church is the body of Christ which we could compare with the human body which being many members, each one fulfills its function but it is one body so it also happens in the church which forms one body in Christ so the function of each believer is to maintain unity, respect and harmony seeking to help the other because although there are many members not all have the same function so there are a variety of gifts and all are important because they were given to work together and in harmony so there can be no place for boasting or envy: Therefore God has different jobs for different brothers so there can be no haughtiness because all the gifts that God has given are of equal importance in the church among them: to help, to teach, to exhort, to exhort, to preside, to give generously, to evangelize, to show mercy etc. We should know that not everyone has the same gift because it helps our church to function better.
