God knows those that are His. There is nothing you can do that can get Him carried away, He is the God perfect in knowledge. The standard of God remains the same forever; it stands sure and steadfast from one generation to the other. With God, there is no variableness; neither any shadow of turning. As God’s own, you have His standard to conform with. He seeks to know you on the basis of what He has laid down for you. His eyes are on the basis of your acceptance with Him. Scriptures affirm –

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty” 2 Corinthians 6:17.

If you seek to beat God to it, with all forms of cover up, basking in the muddy waters of iniquity, you shall not succeed. The standard of His Word takes preeminence in His dealings with men. Conformity with His laid down pattern marks you out as God’s own. It is good enough that you are saved; but, you are not saved just to live any how you want. A saved life is a divinely patterned kind of living and the Bible warns for us to stay divinely aligned:

“Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” Philippians 2:12.

God’s knowledge of you as His own takes its bearing from this alignment. Don’t be deceived, God is not mocked; His emphasis is how aligned you are with His pattern set forth for you. Mind you! It’s not your pattern, but His.

At a time when the Israelites strayed from God’s divinely ordained pattern for their lives, God sought to disinherit them, but for the intervention of Moses. If God could opt not to have Israel as His own, in their disconnection from the standard set forth for them; where do you think you stand, seeking to do your own at the expense of His Word and provisions for your life? Stay hooked unto His divine patterns, and stay divinely known.
