I had a disturbed sleep
I hate insomnia
Why Mr sleep left me I know not
Oh! Ok maybe I need to pray
I heard through the hearing
Of my ear to pray against the unseen
Sometimes the unseen lock around
Sometimes too the LION on guard
May need a wisper in prayer
To still the raging flood.
And the blowing troubles.

Up and on my knees I bow
I know he is always there
He neither sleeps nor slumbers
If his eyes are on the sparrow
Then I know HE watches me.
Why not I am his child
Like father He watches his children

EVEN ME
The apple of His eye.

There and then
I experienced peace like a river
Flowing into my soul.
Joy like a river flowing down
Not in proportion to anything
I can conceive. Joy. Joy and Joy.
That kind HE alone can give.
Joy you enjoy from within
While in the lockdown of the pandemic
It can only be the divine.

As I unlocked my door and stepped out
I saw the beauty of His creation
As if for the first time.
Looking up in the skies
Filled with beauty
The full blown Moon
And some stars to admire
The serenity of the early hours of the morning
He made all things beauti-full
Just for His pleasure and

Oh yeah! There is a city in GLORY
One not made with corruptible materials
Designed and built by the ageless entity
My only one and saviour Yeshua the CHRIST.
Has gone to arrange it for me
And ALL who make themselves worthy
Of the city of eternal splendor.
Where I shall never get sick of cardiac complications nor covid-19
No Night
No Darkness
No pain
No hate
No black
No white
No Jew
No Gentile
No racial segregation
Nothing unclean shall find
Their way into the city of GOD.

When the trumpet shall sound

I'll say to the world bye-bye
Jesus gloriously appear to take me home
I will with him to eternity.
