(ESP / ENG) “UN CONSEJO PARA TI” / "AN ADVICE FOR YOU"

Un día Jetro, el suegro de Moisés va a visitarlos y estando con él en el desierto, pudo observar el trabajo que realizaba Moisés con el pueblo. Después de analizar lo que Moisés hacía, le dio un consejo, que no siguiera haciendo lo que estaba haciendo, porque eso le causaría mucho cansancio y al final abandonaría la tarea que estaba ejecutando.

Por eso la reflexión de hoy la he titulado: “UN CONSEJO PARA TI” veamos lo que dice la palabra de Dios:

Entonces el suegro de Moisés le dijo: No está bien lo que haces.

Desfallecerás del todo, tú, y también este pueblo que está contigo; porque el trabajo es demasiado pesado para ti; no podrás hacerlo tú solo.

Éxodo 19:17-18.

Jetro le dio un consejo a Moisés, no debería seguir haciendo el trabajo como lo estaba haciendo, el trabajo era demasiado para él solo.

Moisés debería escoger hombres honestos, que teman a Dios y aborrezcan la avaricia. Estos hombres juzgarían al pueblo constantemente y resolverían los problemas más fáciles del pueblo. Pero aquellos problemas difíciles, se le traían a Moisés y él resolvería esos problemas, con la ayuda de Dios.

Así que, Moisés oyó la vos de su suegro, haciendo todo lo que Jetro le dijo. Muchas veces queremos hacer el trabajo nosotros solos, pero es tanto l trabajo que no podemos. Aquí hay una gran lección es la de delegar el trabajo.

Hay personas muy celosas con su trabajo y lo quieren hacer todo, pero la Palabra de Dios nos enseña a que debemos delegar. Eso sí, en personas que realmente sean aptas y responsables en hacer esa labor. Porque si delegas en personas no apropiadas, tendrás unos resultados catastróficos.

Moisés buscó la dirección de Dios, y escogió varones de virtud, entre todo Israel. Así tú si quieres realizar una gran labor, debes escoger personas de virtud, honradas y temerosas de Dios. Sin duda alguna, si lo haces así tendrás la bendición de Dios.

En consejo para ti, es que no te creas indispensable y entrena personas para que te ayuden en tu labor diaria

Dios te bendiga.

"AN ADVICE FOR YOU"

One day Jethro, Moses' father-in-law goes to visit them and being with him in the desert, he was able to observe the work that Moses was doing with the people. After analyzing what Moses was doing, he gave him advice, not to continue doing what he was doing, because that would cause him a lot of fatigue and in the end he would abandon the task he was executing.

You will faint completely, you, and also this people that is with you; because the work is too heavy for you; you will not be able to do it alone.

Exodus 19: 17-18.

Jethro gave Moses some advice, he shouldn't keep doing the job as he was doing it, the job was too much for him alone.

Moses should choose honest men, who fear God and abhor greed. These men would constantly judge the town and solve the town's easier problems. But those difficult problems were brought to Moses and he would solve those problems, with God's help.

So, Moses heard the voice of his father-in-law, doing everything Jethro told him. Many times we want to do the work ourselves, but it is so much work that we cannot. Here's a great lesson is to delegate work.

There are people who are very jealous with their work and want to do everything, but the Word of God teaches us that we should delegate. Of course, in people who are really capable and responsible in doing that work. Because if you delegate to the wrong people, you will have catastrophic results.

Moses sought God's direction, and chose men of virtue out of all Israel. So if you want to do a great job, you must choose people of virtue, honest and God-fearing. Without a doubt, if you do so, you will have God's blessing.

In advice for you, it is that you do not believe yourself indispensable and train people to help you in your daily work
