Fasting.
Esther 5:1-2b
On the third day of the fast, Esther put on her royal attire and stood in the inner court of the palace across from the king’s quarters. The king was sitting on his royal throne in the royal courtroom, facing the entrance. As soon as the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, she found favor in his sight.
Another spiritual discipline that we need to develop as believers in order to live a life of dominion is the discipline of fasting. There are situations and circumstances that will not change except with prayer and fasting. Jesus told the disciples this when they were unable to cast out the demon. "However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." - Mathew 17:21.
What currently represents “this kind” in your life? For the jews, it was the threat of a looming genocide. It's different for everyone but there is nothing beyond the reach of prayer as explained yesterday and now today, there is nothing beyond the reach of fasting.
Esther knew that the hearts of kings and rulers are in the hands of GOD, she was willing to deny herself of the royal delicacies. Despite being queen, she took personal responsibility to fast. When she did, she found favour in the eyes of the king when potentially death was the risk if one dared appear before the king without being invited. That's what denying yourself gives you...favour with God and man even when others thought it undeserving. God who sees in secret would always reward in the open.
Those who wait on the Lord, will have their strength renewed. When you fast, your journey in life becomes fast. When you fast, your spirit is alert to the intents and purposes of GOD for your life and your world, you become equipped for great exploits and you can take charge of situations and circumstances with the power and authority that comes to those who wait on GOD.
We need to cultivate the habit of waiting on GOD in fasting as it helps us to receive direction for our life, business, career, relationships, and the world at large. We can birth new solutions as we download the mind of GOD for every situation through waiting on God by denial when we fast. Don't just fast, pray.

Receive my greetings dear friend, one of the details that I observed in your publication is that we must cultivate the habit of waiting on God and that has a demand for faith, according to that we can trust him so that we can be at peace.
God bless you greatly @olawalium
That's right. We must make it an habit because it's a profitable one for our growth.
