Fight the Good Fight

In this world that we live in, there are many general unspoken rules that we abide with and knows that doing this most definitely or has a higher probability of leading to this and so we things we believe we ought to do knowing that what we are doing is going to yield this or that. One of such rule is the rule of dedication and hard work paying off. From infancy we are thought to do our very best in every thing and that we only win when we work at hard at whatever we seek to achieve.

So the athlete spend lots of time on the tracks whereas the footballer spends more time on the pitch, the academician spends time with his books and the musician spends time at the studio. It is the unspoken rule of things.

Luke 16:16 The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the gospel of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.

In the same vain, we as Christians ought to spend time with Bible and with God, for it is by doing so that we learn what we need to know and get to know Christ for ourselves, it is also by doing so that we get to achieve great feat in the ministry and unlock our gifts for purpose of edification, growth and development. We must be dedicated to the course and we must fight the good fight that we may achieve our goals or target in the ministry.
