Los seres humanos tienen raciocinio, capacidad de pensar que lo hace diferente al resto de los seres vivos, por ende son capaces de tomar sus propias decisiones, capaz de conocer lo bueno y lo malo.

Pero nuestro corazón, que simboliza nuestras emociones, si amamos u odiamos, bíblicamente es de donde mana la vida, puede ser entenebrecido y nuestro entendimiento cegarse y a raíz de esto endurecerse.

Una persona que oye la palabra de Dios y la rechaza es dura de corazón, así también sucede con los que oyen el consejo y lo desprecian, con los que sabiendo discernir entre lo bueno y lo malo, escogen irse por lo que al momento saben que no es una buena decisión, pero prefieren darle rienda suelta a sus propias pasiones sin importar la consecuencia. Esto va endureciendo sus corazones y separándolos de Dios.

El corazón del ser humano se vuelve más duro cada vez que se aleja más de Dios, la persona pierde la conciencia de distinguir lo bueno de lo malo cuando su corazón se ha endurecido, se llena de orgullo, de impiedad y muchas veces de odio.

La biblia nos da muchos ejemplos de Personas que endurecieron su corazón. La verdadera causa del rompimiento de las relaciones es esto mismo, se rompen familias y matrimonios porque un corazón endurecido no puede ver más allá y su opinión es la única que cuenta. Deja de lado las necesidades del otro para preocuparse solo por las suyas, se pierde la comunicación y no se escucha la opinión o el consejo del otro.

Un corazón endurecido, es mortalmente peligroso, pues en si mismo justifica actitudes de pecado, rechaza el consejo, no obedece los estatutos puestos por Dios, y todas estas cosas llevan a la destrucción.

En proverbios 29:1 encontramos claramente las consecuencias de ser una persona endurecida, lo que viene es quebrantamiento sin ningún remedio, porque no ha aceptado el consejo cuando ha sido reprendido
Esa misma dureza en las personas, hace que Dios se manifieste en otras y muestre su gracia y misericordia para salvarlos.

En Ezequiel 11:19-20 encontramos:
19 Y les daré un corazón, y un espíritu nuevo pondré dentro de ellos; y quitaré el corazón de piedra de en medio de su carne, y les daré un corazón de carne,
20 para que anden en mis ordenanzas, y guarden mis decretos y los cumplan, y me sean por pueblo, y yo sea a ellos por Dios.

Para que Dios actúe en nosotros debemos arrepentirnos, pero cuando el corazón está endurecido este paso se hace bastante difícil hacerlo, pero si te detienes por un momento puedes pedirle a Dios que renueve tu corazón y lo haga sensible y receptivo.

No permitas que tú corazón se llene de heridas emocionales sin sanar, no abras paso a la incredulidad ni permitas que cosas malas o pecar continuamente te hagan una persona que no pueda escuchar la voz de Dios.

A person who hears the word of God and rejects it is hard of heart, so it is also the case with those who listen to the advice and despise it, with those who, knowing how to discern between good and bad, choose to leave for what they know at the time that It is not a good decision, but they prefer to indulge their own passions no matter the consequence. This hardens their hearts and separates them from God.

The human being's heart becomes harder every time he moves further away from God, the person loses the consciousness of distinguishing the good from the bad when his heart has hardened, he is filled with pride, impiety and many times with hatred.

The Bible gives us many examples of People who hardened their hearts. The true cause of the breakdown of relationships is this, families and marriages are broken because a hardened heart cannot see beyond and their opinion is the only one that counts. They put aside the needs of the other to worry only about their own, communication is lost and the opinion or advice of the other is not listened to.

A hardened heart is mortally dangerous, because in itself it justifies attitudes of sin, rejects advice, does not obey the statutes set by God, and all these things lead to destruction.

In Proverbs 29: 1 we clearly find the consequences of being a hardened person, what comes is brokenness without any remedy, because he has not accepted the advice when he has been rebuked
That same hardness in people makes God manifest himself in others and show his grace and mercy to save them.

In Ezekiel 11: 19-20 we find:
19 And I will give them a heart, and a new spirit I will put within them; and I will remove the heart of stone from the midst of their flesh, and I will give them a heart of flesh,
20 that they may walk in my ordinances, and keep my decrees and carry them out, and be my people, and I be their God.

For God to act in us we must repent, but when the heart is hardened this step becomes quite difficult to do it, but if you stop for a moment you can ask God to renew your heart and make it sensitive and receptive.

Prayer:
"That is not our destiny! May we quickly soften our hearts and heed every warning God gives us so that we are not outmatched by destruction in any shape, form, or way.Lord, help me to soften my heart and to listen to your voice at all times.Amen"
